"The Cold Soup of Spain"
This is Mama Shatzen's recipe consisting of tomatoes, tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, garlic,
and a few other "dibs and dabs". We puree all the ingredients and serve it chilled. This soup is very
light, healthful, and refreshing. $2.25

Romaine lettuce, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and mozzarella, topped with the dressing
of your choice.

Pizza di Gloria Maria
(Sauceless Pizza)
I named this pie for Mama Shatzen, a woman that lives to prepare great food. When good, ripe
tomatoes are hard to find, we bring back the bright taste of summer with sun-dried tomatoes. Their sun-sealed goodness
gives this pie a unique flavor. We mix them with extra-thinly sliced zucchini, onions, sliced gadic, fresh whole
basil leaves. extra-virgin olive oil, and mozzarella cheese.

Pizza Bianca
(Sauceless Pizza)
"White" pizza. The pizza is white because no tomatoes or greens are used to make it.
We make ours with a base of extra-virgin olive oil and fresh sliced garlic, then add plenty of mozzarella cheese,
and whatever other toppings you desire.

Pepper's Pesto Pie
Our pesto is made with fresh basil, olive oil, imported romano, pine nuts, walnuts, fresh garlic,
and spices. To a pesto base we layer mozzarella cheese and any other toppings you may like. A delicious departure
from the ordinary.

Pizza di Quattro Stagioni
(Four Seasons Pizza)
This attractive pie is divided into quarters, with different toppings on each section to represent
each season. We begin with our charismatic marinara sauce and plenty of mozzarella, then add 1/4 ham and artichoke
hearts, 1/4 mushrooms, 1/4 black olives, and 1/4 fresh sliced tomatoes. The pie is then topped with chopped parsley
and extra-virgin olive oil.

The Regular Guy
Rodney Dangerfield's favorite pizza. Fresh mushrooms, onions and bell peppers stad this off and
are followed by MEAT: pepperoni, fresh Italian sausage, fresh ground chuck, and diced ham. Plenty of meat and light

When your mom told you to eat your vegetables, THIS is what she meant. Fresh mushrooms, onions,

with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil and plenty of mozzarella cheese.

Known in Sicily as bonata. which loosely translated means "generous loaf". Our stromboli,
mezzaluna(half-mooned) shaped, features two types of mozzarella, fresh onions, fresh bell peppers. Italian sausage,
