Most all of the items offered on this menu can be prepared for you with 48 hours notice. Breads from our bakery, however, are all produced in the old fashioned hearth style with homemade starters. Because this is a 3 day process we offer a rotating schedule of available breads. Thus, we need to have at least 3 days notice to prepare special bread orders.

Please remember that some dates are very popular party dates and our availability for servicing your order may be limited due to high demand, especially during the November and December holidays. We suggest planning your menu with us at least one week ahead.

To make this as easy as possible, following are some popular menu combinations with suggested amounts for different types of gatherings.

FRESH from our BAKERY:

Baker's Breakfast Selection
$2.25/person
Assorted fresh baked breakfast pastries
(1 1/2/person) including croissants(white and
whole wheat), muffins, and fruit scones served with our homemade low fat honey-walnut spread or butter pats and fruit spread.

Focaccia Wedges $1.50/person
Our fresh baked Italian Focaccia bread with savory toppings cut into either snack sized (4/person) or large wedges (2/person) to complement any menu. Choose from fresh rosemary, tomato, or Swiss cheese toppings.

Fancy Dessert Platter $2.95/person
Italian cannoli, French eclairs, and fresh fruit tarts arranged with fresh fruit garnish.

Finger Pastries $2.25/person
An assortment of finger-sized wedges of brownies and pecan bars with mini fruit tarts.

Cookie Combo $3.25/dozen
Mini-sized cookies with a garnish of fresh fruit. Choose from our daily selection: chocolate chip, old-fashioned oatmeal, ginger, peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chip, whole wheat chocolate chip, and mint chocolate chip. Suggested serving - 1 dozen for every 6 people.

SNACKS & APPETIZERS:
Vegetables and Dip

A colorful assortment of carrots, cucumbers, sweet peppers, broccoli and cauliflower (both lightly steamed and chilled) served with your choice of dips. Choose from hummus (traditional, roasted red pepper, or garlic with chives), spinach artichoke spread, spicy red bean dip, or our savory vegetable dip seasoned with roasted garlic and herbs.

Sliced Fruit Platter with Berry Dip: $2.50/person
Fresh seasonal fruit cut bite-sized with the rind on for easy dipping, beautifully arranged on a tray with our lightly sweet mixed berry dip. Flavorful pineapples, oranges, kiwis, strawberries, and bananas are regularly available throughout the year. Ask about the availability of other varieties of fruit.

Hummus and Pita Bread

A generous helping of our traditional hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, or garlic and chive hummus served with pita wedges that are lightly toasted and seasoned with garlic and olive oil.

A hearty assortment of our deli sandwiches on fresh breads. Choose your favorites from: Mid-east hummus & veggie, homemade tuna salad, pimiento cheese, homemade chicken salad, sliced turkey and provolone, or honey, ham and swiss. Each order comes with lettuce, sliced tomato, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard arranged on the side to complement each sandwich to your guest's individual tastes.

Deli Salad Assortment

Your choice of any three of our deli salads arranged on a bead of fancy mixed greens and garnished with olives and sprouts. Broccoli salad, crunchy pasta, potato salad, tuna salad, tabouli, and garlic farfalle pasta are regularly available. Many others are available on a rotating basis - ask for your favorite.

A versatile favorite for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner. We make ours with many different fillings. Also try shrimp and dill, spicy chicken sausage and red pepper, or ham with scallion and swiss - add $3.00, $5.00, and $10.00 respectively for non-vegetarian selections.
